Electrical Recycling

These days many of the electrical devices we buy will carry the symbol above, which means they legally cannot be placed in your bin for collection, as they contain materials that could be hazardous to the environment. In fact if you are caught trying to dispose of these items with normal waste, you could get a heavy fine from your local authority.

Many companies are now offering to take these items off your hands for a small fee, and dispose of them for you. We however will arrange to collect these items from you for free, and recycle them through government WEEE licensed companies.

We are able to recycle the following items:-
  • Desktop Computers
  • Laptops
  • Servers
  • Printers
  • Mobile Phones
  • PDAs
  • Video Players
  • Games Consoles
  • TV Reception Boxes (Sky, Freeview, Tivo, etc.)
  • Printer Cartridges
  • Computer Peripherals (Keyboards, Mice, Routers, Hubs, etc.)
  • SatNavs
  • Computer/Camera Memory Cards/Sticks/Dongles
  • And Any Other Device Showing The WEEE Logo
  • Any Other Item Carrying The WEEE Logo Shown Above
  • For further information, or to request a collection, please click here to email us, giving details of the items for collection, your address, phone number & of course your name, and one of our staff will call you back to arrange a time and date to make the collection.

Please do be aware that we will keep records of all goods we recycle, which will consist of a description of the item, make, serial number, who we collected it from, and any other product information we feel is needed. This information will be kept on record and not disclosed to anyone (other than UK law enforcement agencies by written request)
