PC/Laptop Upgrades - Why buy a new system when you could be able to upgrade your existing one?? We will give you a free consultation to find out if it would be more cost effective to upgrade, then carry out the work at our standard rates listed below
Virus/Spyware Removal - On average 10 new viruses are released every week, not to mention the countless number of spyware, adware & malware programs. No matter how well protected we are, our antivirus programs can't always keep up. But not to worry, Our technicians are able to remove even the newest viruses, no matter where they hide, starting from just £20
File/Data Recovery - We have all done it from time to time, hit the delete button without meaning to, and lost an important file, or had a hard drive fail on us. We can recover 99% of lost files, even from a damaged or formatted hard drive, from just £25 per hard drive.

You simply tell us what you want to do with your new PC, and we will give you a free no obligation quote, with a like for like quote from a leading high street retailer. We promise that you won't get the same quality of build or like for like value anywhere else.
Home Network Installation - Most homes these days have more than 1 computer, which of course leads to arguments over internet access. We will give you a free consultation and quote, for a full home network system giving you both internet & printer sharing. We will work with you to find out exactly what kind of network would be best for your home, and then install it for the standard prices listed below
PC/Laptop/Network Maintenance - From time to time our computers need a service, just like our cars. Our technicians can provide a full service for both your hardware and software for just £30
Personal Shopper Service - Looking to buy a new PC?? There are 1000's of deals out there, but not all of them will be right for what you need. Many shops will try to sell you a system which does more than you will use it for, costing you more than you need to pay. For just £30, one of our consultants will meet with you and go through what you are wanting from you new PC, they will then find you the best deal, and arrange a time & date to go with you to purchase it, keeping the shop assistants off of your back, and preventing them from up selling you a system you will never fully use.
Personal/Family Websites - These days websites are used as much for family communication as for business purposes. It doesn't matter if you want a site for your family or just to provide an online CV/Portfolio for potential employers, we can design you a 4 page site for just £30 (+£5 per extra page required over the inclusive 4 pages) and host it for you with a .co.uk domain name for just £5 per month. This service is available across the whole of the UK, and not just our normal service area listed below
Hands On Computer Courses - Many people want to use computers, but are unsure how to, others already know the basics, but want to learn more. For that reason we have 2 structures courses to help you learn how to get the most out of your computer, and the internet. For just £10 per hour, our tutors guide you through how to master IT, explaining each step as you take it your self, not just showing you how to do it. This approach is proven to speed up the learning process at all ages, and helps to build confidence. We have given lessons to people from the age of 8 - 80, and adapt our lessons to each individual, moving at a comfortable pace for each student.
Family Safety Online - In this day and age we have to protect our family while online, but the software available won't always give you the protection you need. We will give you a free no obligation visit where our consultant will examine your computer system(s), and talk to you about your family and how they use the internet. The consultant will then go away and find the best package for your needs, and send you a no obligation quote for supply & setup.
Gold Service - For just £15 per month for the 1st computer and £5 per additional system in your household, we will give you 1st class priority service. You will be seen only by technicians with a minimum of 10 years in the trade, and your call out will take priority over all non Gold Service calls. We also pledge to repair your system in your home where possible, if not we will return it to you 5pm the end of next day, 7 days a week.
Pricing - Our standard labour charge is from just £20 for the 1st hour, then £5 per 15 minutes after that plus the cost of any parts. Customers using our Gold Service scheme will receive free labour for 2 repairs per month paid on the subscription to date (up to a maximum of 24 per year), or half price labour for 2 upgrades/installations per month paid on the subscription to date (up to a maximum of 24 per year), all parts will be billed separately for each job.
Current Service Area - Unless otherwise stated, our Home User Services are currently only available in Norfolk & North Suffolk. Call outs within a 10 mile radius of our base are free, from 10 - 20 mile radius £10, then £5 per 10 mile band after that so 30 - 40 miles would be £20
